MyTravelAlert.com, our email and online posting services are offered to you based on your acceptance of these Terms of Use without modification. Your use of this Site or registration as a member/subscriber constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use. MyTravelAlert may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms at any time by updating its Terms of Use policy. You are bound by any such modification or revision and should therefore frequently visit our Terms of Use to review.

You must not use the MyTravelAlert service to impersonate or intimidate other MyTravelAlert members. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You may not use MyTravelAlert or any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Violation of any of these agreements will results in the termination of your MyTravelAlert account.

You agree that MyTravelAlert and our affiliates are not responsible or liable for damages regardless of the cause. We make no warranties, expressed or implied with respect to any of the benefits or related information provided to you. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for your incidental or consequential damages. We reserve the right to eliminate, add, change and substitute benefits and offers from participating vendors without notice to you.

MyTravelAlert reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Web Site at any time, including the availability of any of the Web Site features, database, and/or Content. MyTravelAlert may also impose limits on features or restrict access to parts of the Web Site.

Rules for Posting
MyTravelAlert reserves the right to prevent and/or remove postings for any reason including but not limited to the following: that the offer is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, or constitutes "bait and switch”, and that the link offer does not contain any foul or derogatory language and/or contain or link to inappropriate material such as pornographic material, and that the link does not contains "affiliate marketing," "link referral code," "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited commercial advertisement

By submitting your offer you agree that MyTravelAlert is in no way liable for any losses or damages to yourself or your company that may result from any posted offers.

You cannot use any form of automated device or computer program that enables the submission of postings on MyTravelAlert without each posting being manually entered by the author.

Termination of Subscription.
You may remove yourself from the MyTravelAlert email services at any time. Your cancellation from MyTravelAlert emails will be effective promptly upon receipt of your unsubscribe email cancellation notice. MyTravelAlert reserves the right to terminate this agreement and your subscription at any time.

MyTravelAlert.com and the MyTravelAlert Newsletters are offered by MyTravelAlert for your personal and non-commercial use. As a condition of your use of this Site and our Newsletters, you warrant that you will not use this either of these for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use.

We encourage you to submit your travel sales, promotions and exclusive offers that could be of great interest to our audience. However, we reserve the right to select which emails we distribute to our audience. Therefore your submission does not guarantee its distribution. We will attempt to review your offer in a timely manner, although depending on the volume we may not be able to respond.

Minors
Children under the age of 13 may not subscribe to the MyTravelAlert website. MyTravelAlert will not knowingly collect information on minors.
